The sentence writing exercises, based on the negative self-talk I have experience when trying to sit down to make art.  There are many more sentences and pages of each one than are shown here.  I posted these few to give an idea.

"I will not draw on my school paper."

"I thought you would be the one to get this."

"This is bad art."

"If you take this to Boston, they're going to laugh at you."

"I'm just wasting paper."

"This is not art."

"I should be doing the dishes, right now."

"I should be looking for a job so I can pay my bills."

"Why am I doing this?"
